In the Technology & Innovation division of PATRIZIA, we pursue the latest technology and innovation trends on a global level. We pilot and implement promising solutions and invest in strategically relevant companies. We constantly question existing strategies, processes and ways of thinking.
Support in the valuation of investment opportunities in technology companies and in evaluating their value chains
Coordinate and support financial and tax due diligence advisors
Support in the review of contracts with a focus on commercial terms
Manage controlling of corporate investments in technology participations and review of monthly and quarterly reports
Liaise between corporate accounting and the participations regarding reporting requirements for PATRIZIA's financial statements
Support in extraordinary finance activities concerning PATRIZIA's technology participations: capital increases, debt financing, changes in the shareholder structure
Contribute to a variety of projects, e.g. expansion projects, costs of capital calculations/assessments, determination and calculation of KPIs for internal steering purposes and benchmarking, corporate nontechnology related M&A
Collaborate closely with several units within PATRIZIA, in particular Corporate Reporting & Planning, Strategic M&A and Corporate Accounting
Academic background and ideally first working experiences in finance with a particular focus on corporate finance and valuation
Solid understanding of financial modelling and statistics
Interested in understanding the drivers of value in a company
Able to handle parallel running projects
Capable of handling confidential information with responsibility
Dependable and able to work in a team as well as independently
Very good command of English and German, other languages (i.e. French, Italian, Spanish) would be an advantage
Very good MS Excel skills
Good command of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
