This Operations Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
Working collaboratively with management and functional teams to develop on-demand reporting processes and outputs, as well as improvements to the quality and integrity of database inputs and elemental definitions. Developing, implementing and documenting methodologies to extract and compile the required data from relevant systems.
Developing and maintaining staffing productivity, such as caseloads and summary levels. Providing detailed documentation of these processes, as well as participating in ongoing training for supervisors/managers in the proficient use of the developed data and source/tracking tools. Programming and maintaining production of various dashboards and operations performance information, along with transparent access to relevant explanatory detail, in supporting of the business and operational.
Preparing ad hoc analyses to evaluate the operating impact or to inform leaders in decision making for strategic management options. Applying a broad range of expert software, database and billing finance/clinic & staffing workloads/productivity & operations flow knowledge to aid in decisions toward relevant scenarios and alternative models. Communicating effectively and continuously with leadership teams, and other Hospital areas where appropriate and external benchmarking organizations.
Consulting with appropriate experts, to develop and refine a robust array of metrics and data quality assurance processes that sustain the foundation for meaningful, actionable analysis of decision support and operating performance.
Gathering and interpreting data requirements and translating the data requirements into report queries.
Troubleshooting and performing regular data audits to ensure and improve data integrity; investigating and resolving data discrepancies.
Completing daily/weekly/monthly reporting assignments and striving for accuracy.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, health care administration or a closely related field preferred and three (3) plus years' experience.
The proficiency with various desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and/or Access. Intermediate knowledge of MS SQL Server/MySQL and/or MS Access preferred.
Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards & using data visualization tools, like Tableau, Qlik Sense or Dossier.
Experience working with Salesforce is a plus.
