The Senior Strategy Business Development Associate shall be responsible for:
Supporting strategy development and partnership analysis, providing comprehensive market and customer research, business model assessment, internal and external benchmarking, and strategic options assessment.
Collecting and analyzing internal hospital data and primary and secondary research to contribute to the development of solutions to complex strategy problems. Gathering intelligence on markets, payers, competitors, and patient dynamics.
Project managing cross-functional projects and facilitates strategy development through initial execution. Supporting framing strategic challenges through data-driven insights and business context gathered from external and internal conversations for management delivery to appropriate stakeholders.
Interacting and collaborating with various stakeholders from other departments to build alignment on analytical challenges and solutions and shepherd broader change management efforts.
In order to qualify you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Healthcare Administration or a related field
A minimum of 1 year of experience preferably in consulting, health system planning, or healthcare setting.
Strong analytical skills.
Broad application of project management and strategic thinking, plus working knowledge of other related fields;
fluency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
