Position will support both System Integration (SIT) for the Global Branch Foundation within the Wholesale International Program.
This role will be responsible for:
Handling highly complex quality assurance and test environment problems and issues.
Lead the creation, preparation, review and execution of quality assurance activities for the Oracle payment applications.
Working with partners to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve escalated issues during the testing process.
Analyze application-specific software and performs ambiguity reviews of business requirements and technical functional specification documents.
Using advanced knowledge of applications in identifying, evaluating, and resolving highly complex test problems. Researches new products and industry methodologies and facilitates the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
Create, prioritize and direct quality assurance and test execution activities.
Leads testing teams onshore and offshore to provide training, resolve escalated issues, assess testing needs, and recommend changes.
Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff to resolve critical and non-routine scenarios.
Support manual and automation testing efforts using selenium and other automation tools
Work toward an Agile testing environment
5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: manual testing
Experience with business operations and credit, deposit and FX systems such as LoanIQ, Flexcube, FX Calypso, MidasPlus, OpicsPlus, Lucas, RealmMML, or Wallstreet

3+ years experience of the Flexcube banking system
Significant experience of International/SWIFT Payments
Experience of Non-Urgent/Batch/Bulk payments
Experience of using HP-ALM
