Essential Job Functions:
• Complete rigors of an intensive training program • Expect to be challenged by new cross-functional assignments that broaden your understanding and knowledge of the unique Fay Financial business units. • Responsible for researching and resolving inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction - Make analytical assessments of customers’ financial standing, identify solutions, and successfully communicate those solutions to their customers. - Properly document all customers communications. - Manage data and develop insights. • Adhere to all corporate policies and compliance guidelines and maintain a compliance score above 96% • Understand and achieve metrics as set by department.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Strong written and verbal communications skills • Demonstrated problem solving and data analysis acumen • Field of studies in business is ideal • Bachelor’s degree • Strong multi-tasking, self-management / self-motivating skills • Experience as part of and leading high performing teams
