To support Business Development by agency management and developing initiatives to motivate sales.To achieve team targets by monitoring business quantity and quality.
To lead teams in achieving business growth, esp in EB market
To increase penetration and productivity of intermediaries with relationship building
To assist in developing and executing sales programs to achieve business growth
To ensure service standard to be met and to strive for improvement
To increase team's effectiveness and technical know-how
Degree or Diploma graduate with preferably professional insurance qualifications (e.g. ACII or ANZIIF).
Minimum 7 years of working experience preferably in employee benefits and with at least 3 years in supervisory experience.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Mandarin is an advantage.Experience in handling multi-distribution channels, in particular life agency.
Solid exposure in developing and underwriting general insurance / employee benefits business.
