Identity & Access Management (IAM) Facilitation & RBAC Operations is seeking to fill an Info Security Analyst 4 (WIAM Role Analyst) position to support Wholesale users using Wholesale Access processes and applications. The ISA4 will use role-based/attribute-based/policy-based fundamentals to support business and application owners in building effective application roles and entitlement structures, avoiding role proliferation and SoD violations. The ISA will enable effective onboarding of new or converting applications, insuring that appropriate grouping of entitlements and streamlining of front-end request processes. The ISA will also apply critical thinking and credible challenge when the business requests unnecessary access to be built into their role profiles. The candidate must balance an ability to follow process with expertise in role based theory and business practice to propose alternative solutions for meeting Wholesale access needs. Additionally, the ISA must be proficient in excel and work quickly and accurately in data manipulation and formatting to produce the initial documents used for role mining/building roles.
Key responsibilities include:
Represent IAM Facilitation team goals in collaborative partnerships with IAM application onboarding teams, Enterprise Entitlement Management team, Symphony team, and application owners/developers
Enable effective onboarding of new or converting applications, insuring that appropriate grouping of entitlements and streamlining of front- end request processes
Maintain application information and data elements in internal role repository (SIMBA)
Conduct moderately complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality/integrity issues and to identify and remediate process/control gaps
Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources
Develop transformations of data in database environments for use in reporting (or tools creation)
Gather information from multiple sources in support of ad-hoc reporting request
Become a subject matter expert on source systems and their data model design
Provide support for tools, troubleshooting, and resolving issues
Participate in developing knowledge and reference documents
Participate in UAT testing for internal tool development, as well as the roll out of enterprise-wide role based access controls
May participate in projects as a coordinator or in a support capacity
5+ years of information security administration experience
5+ years of Information Security reporting and analysis experience
Advanced Information Security technical skills and solid knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
Ability to manage complex issues and develop solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2+ years of data analysis experience
IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
Ability to utilize graphing, filters, and other reporting tools
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including high level of proficiency in modeling
Customer service focus with the ability to analyze, research, and respond to moderately complex customer or agency issues and complaints
Data management skills utilizing a database system
Demonstration and presentation facilitation skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC) methodology is preferred
Experience prioritizing multiple tasks in a timely manner
Strong ability to communicate/interact with management
