This role provides a key role within the Deposit Operations and Debit Card Technology (DODCT) Platform Services organization. Services include multiple functions and initiatives that are focused on maintaining and improving the operational health, stability, availability, and resiliency of the DODCT environment. This role will help to ensure that the relevant supported applications and platforms are maintained to Enterprise standards, including those of Enterprise Information Security. The person in this role will work with peers across DODCT Platform Services and Application Development and is jointly accountable for the operational availability and stability of supported applications and platforms.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Application support efforts on multiple platforms.
Acts as primary contact for administrative support and production issue analysis & resolution.
Tracks application and batch performance and assists with remediation of issues.
Ensure PAC2000 tickets meet established SLAs.
Ensure application monitoring meets best practices.
Execute BCP plan for application; coordinate logistics for plan implementation.
Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas.
