Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargo's more than 70 million global customers.
Within the Enterprise Data Technology group, support various development activities within the Central Ingestion Factory. Responsibilities include the following:
Understand the business data requirements.
Identify data most valuable to the corporation
Integration of the data
Development of AbInitio and other development code to move data from various SORs to Enterprise Data Environment.
Create or contribute to TPM approved artifacts like DDS.
Work with the project teams throughout the life of the project.
Lead other team members working in support of your projects
Accountable for on-time delivery of all project artifacts
Works with business and technical contacts to ensure accurate development and delivery of ETL code to move data to enterprise data environment.
Collaborates with data analysts and solution design engineers to ensure completion of detailed design specifications. Complete all development and testing activities required to successfully populate data in the enterprise data environment. Provides senior-level consulting services in the identification and resolution of data design and coding issues.
Participates in the planning, design, and usage of data resources. Will be assigned projects to lead, and will be accountable for on-time delivery of those projects, which may include leading other developers in order to complete all project deliverables.

7+ years of application development and implementation experience
5+ years of Ab Initio experience
2+ years of Big Data experience
5+ years of Autosys experience
4+ years of experience with source coding in one or a combination of the following: GitHub, SVN(Subversion), TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) or TFSGit (Team Foundation Server)
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Banking industry experience
