The Treasury Management Payments Quality Engineering team is seeking a talented Application Systems Engineer to support automated testing frameworks and script development for the following applications: Basic Banking, Global Payments Wires Origination, Global Payment Application Business Solution, Payment Broker, Global Money Transfer System, and ACH Global Payments. Script design and development will focus on fulfilling automation needs for both agile and waterfall project work, as well as ongoing maintenance. Close partnership with functional Quality Assurance teams and application development teams will be critical components of achieving automation objectives.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks and scripts for critical payments applications. Analysis of requirements and designing technical specifications to design or redesign automated testing solutions are key components of this role. The successful candidate will develop original and/or complex code and perform testing activities, including preparation of data for programming.
The successful candidate will develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts. Will provide coding guidance to less experienced staff and may also include support for other automated script developers outside immediate team. The successful candidate will also provide guidance and/or subject matter expertise to less experienced staff related to troubleshooting and/or escalated issues. Will contribute to modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts and will assist with verification of program logic by participating in the preparation of test data, peer review of automated script development, and debugging of code while assuring quality, security and compliance requirements are met.

5+ years of application development and implementation experience
5+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
3+ years of scripting and automation experience
3 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Agile
Knowledge and understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) testing: software applications
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: methodologies and the software development life cycle
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
