We are looking for self-starting, talented, motivated individuals that like to interact with people in general, and customers in particular. We have an immediate opening for a full time licensed project manager with accredited architectural degree and up to 8 years or more of experience preferably in health care type projects. Familiar with AHCA would be considered a plus.
We want someone with management ability to start and finish a project from initial client meeting through closeout and who manages multiple small/medium projects. The project manager is responsible for organizing work load and schedule to meet customer expectations. We work in a BIM environment. Strong Revit skills are required to interact with our production team. Coordination and integration of the consultant engineer technical aspects is an inherent part of this position to achieve maximum constructability. Quality control reviews at each phase are required. Field experience is necessary and part of our process of delivery during construction to insure project success. Communication skills are extremely important with project managers for our customers, consultants and contractors. We will also look to this person for occasional assistance on proposal or RFP submittals.
Exhibited strong design orientation.
Proficient with Revit and experienced with AutoCAD.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Software- Word, Excel and Project
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator would be a plus.
Well-spoken and good writing skills.
Good team player.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and responsible for deadlines.
