Sales Support Analyst, Officer Location: London Who we are looking for: We are looking for a sales support analyst to work within a team environment and to provide sales support to the Alternatives Sector across the EMEA function.

Why you will be responsible for: As the Sales Support Analyst you will:
MIS report production for Head of EMEA Alternatives Sector Solutions
Support the duties and processes for improvement of the sales pipeline's health and quality in Salesforce (individual and team)
Assist sales team members on new business opportunities
Work directly with the sales team to identify prospect/client needs
Prospect research and briefing packs - pre-meeting KYC research
Preparation for pitches
Sales presentation composition
Prepare fee schedules
Present at business line deal teams - Prep of docs and presentation
Actively assist in preparation of RFPs and executive summaries
Assist with and respond to requests for information from prospects/clients
Client specific reporting and producing account plans for key clients
Facilitate certain campaign reporting
Ad-hoc analysis for Sector Heads and Senior Business Managers
Maintaining relationships with industry influencers (e.g. Consultants, Law Firms and 3rd Party Providers)
Build internal and external networks to support day to day activity
Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role
Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behaviour
Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making
Support the 'Risk Excellence' culture within the business
Adhere to limits of delegation and escalation procedures required by your manager so that you comply with internal policies and external regulations
Compliance and regulatory related tasks
Coordinate AdReview process to ensure marketing materials are approved before client meetings
Completing Volcker questionnairesCompile required forms for deal team meetings all new business development activities
