You'll be joining a team focused on the implementation of innovative pediatric payment models and clinical integration to measurably improve the care of our patients and the experience of the providers who care for them. We work with Boston Children's Hospital (BCH), the Physicians Organizations (PO), the Pediatric Physicians Organization at Children's (PPOC), and other primary care partners. Our ultimate goal is to develop, launch, and formalize integration and shared clinical programming in order to optimize clinical outcomes for the children we serve.
This Budget Analyst II is responsible for:
Performing accounting and budgeting functions for DACCI including MassHealth and ACO budgets.
Conducting financial, statistical and analytical studies including Massachusetts DSRIP, (Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment Program).
Preparing and assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements according to prescribed guidelines.
Participating in the development and maintenance of the annual budget process.
To qualify, you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required with a minimum of three years of related experience. Experience with process improvement is strongly preferred.
