Responsibilities: You, as an IT Programme Manager, will create and manage regular, comprehensive reporting forums and mechanisms tailored to the global and local stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of strong leadership, communication, large scale project stakeholders management, and IT teams that enable change. You must include leading portfolio visioning and execution - identifying goals, objectives, motivating, leading others towards their achievement, and providing guidance on any issue stakeholders defined by building and maintaining a portfolio governance structure of in-flight and pipeline projects. Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, influencing buy-in's governance approach, prioritization, and global timeline/plans. Evaluating delivery resourcing options to optimize the efficiency of implementations and sequencing of tasks. Forecasting resourcing requirements for the portfolio and refining as the epics' scope are refined and confirmed during the lifecycle. Tailoring reporting and metrics to meet the needs of varying senior stakeholders is a must.
7 years' hands-on experience in transformation programs within the insurance/financial/IT industry
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Cantonese & English is a must.
Proven track record in hands-on end to end scoping, governance, and tracking
Ability to work independently in high pressured, timeline driven environment.
PMP certification will be advantageous.
