Project Management - Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage projects from the fee proposal to the final punch list.
• Manage client expectations and keep all forms of communication open.
• Manage project schedules and deadlines.
• Manage project budgets and produce cost estimates.
• Manage the production of the construction documents and specifications.
• Manage in-house and out-of-house consultants such as Ecological, Geotechnical, Landscape Architecture, Surveying, Environmental and others when needed.
• Coordinate project with all reviewing agencies and utility companies.
• Obtain construction permits.

Engineering and Design – Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and model storm water management systems including pipe network, detention basins, water quality practices and erosion control.
• Design roads and pavements.
• Sanitary sewer systems. Pump station design.
• Water Lines and appurtenances.
• Grading and mass earthwork quantities.
