We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join the PVSI (Payments, Virtual Solutions and Innovations), ECAPS (Exchange Check and Payment Systems support) team.
The Business Systems Consultant position will support the team by performing non-programming tasks as assigned. In this role, you will take direction from the lead team member to define tasks in conjunction with incremental and base projects. You will also be responsible for completing change control documentation in support of all changes; work with project managers to define requirements for projects; write Functional System Design documents using Project Business Requirements documents; perform QA and UAT systems testing; track and verify that all required testing is complete and validated, log and track all testing issues to ensure they are resolved before installation and complete required testing documentation.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Attending project meetings as the liaison between the business users and the programmers
Maintaining department documentation pertaining to systems and business operations, work to identify issues before they impact production, work to resolve and research all issues as reported by users or fellow team members and escalate issues
This position entails working closely with others in a virtual environment across multiple time zones
Providing support for routine non-technical changes and monitoring of the application support mailboxes
Assisting with routine migrations from development to production, upgrades or installations
Updating documentation and procedures
Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas
This position will be located at our site location in Minneapolis MN and is NOT ELIGIBLE for relocation assistance.

1+ year of business systems analysis experience demonstrated through work or military experience
1 + years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
1+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts
Experience with technology systems
1+ year of deposit products experience
Ability to act as a liaison between the technical design staff and business requester to ensure all requirements are met
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Knowledge and understanding of Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and disaster recovery procedures/solutions
Knowledge and understanding of technical design: ECM system design, implementation, and support at an enterprise level
1+ year of PAC2000 experience
1+ year of secure SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) methodologies experience
1+ year of Mainframe experience
