The Agency Operations Specialist will provide administrative support for Lockton Accounts and departments
Works in a team environment with shared responsibilities to respond to/complete individual daily requests
Assist in renewal process, responsible for reviewal of insurance requirements within contracts, documenting policy related information, managing certificates of insurance, processing invoices, modifying records, and loading content through electronic file system
This individual will follow policies and procedures to make the overall practice more efficient and effective
GED/High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
Organizational and time management skills to prioritize workloads to meet time sensitive deadlines required. Must be results-oriented with the ability to change priorities as needed. Detail oriented for data entry.
Must have above-average verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with associates at all levels of responsibility, along with the ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel required
