The Total Rewards Technology Team is part of the broader HR Information Technology team within EFT. The team supports enterprise Compensation, performance management, recognition and benefits for Corporate HR. We are currently seeing a Software Sr. Engineer - Data Analyst to join our team to support execution of the technology strategy and compliance initiatives activities that have both internal/external and domestic/international impacts. This position will use their strong understanding of data principles and business process to align data to business goals for Enterprise Compensation.
Work with data architects to understand and define source to target mapping, ensuring data is used effectively and efficiently in the business process and calculations models.
Acts as a liaison between business and the scrum team by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved within a SaaS tool.
Driving the creation of both functional and technical user stories
Partner effectively across technology (onshore and offshore) and multiple business channels to improve business and data processes that enhance our ability to deliver effective solutions in support of future state.
Lead the analysis, configuration and development work streams for assigned applications.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff
Present innovative ideas that help shape improved experiences and solutions that are beneficial to partners and team members.

7+ years of software engineering experience
9+ years of experience working with vendor software, technologies and tools that are enterprise solutions
7+ years of experience capturing and documenting complex business and functional requirements
5+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise wide information technology solutions
5+ years of data analysis experience
3+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or Workday)
3 + years of technology application management experience
3+ years of client relationship management experience
1+ year of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring
An industry-standard technology certification
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
A BS/BA degree or higher
Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurements
Experience facilitating meetings with participants at various levels of experience in different lines of business
Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: creation of: FSDs, test scripts, test plans, and test execution
Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology governance risk and compliance processes such as; policies, control standards, risk management concepts, or information security
Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: large scale development projects, including data migrations and third party vendor integrations
5+ years of Agile experience
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with Human Resources applications used in large corporate environment.
Experience with enterprise compensation and performance management systems.
3+ years of HR SaaS implementation experience such as Workday.
