Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) is one of the nation's leading providers of financial and investment services in the United States. Performs a variety of operational tasks for moderately complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require general knowledge of unit functions and systems.
Differentiating, processing and reconciling transactions; researching inquires
Resolving customer complaints;
Reviewing time sensitive and/or less complex to moderately complex documents
Revising departmental procedures
Coordinates situations that involve other departments;
Has moderate customer contact
Works under moderate to minimal supervision
Market Skills and Certifications
Completed 2 years of tertiary education
2 years of experience in a voice or back office role which requires:
Complex processing (end to end process)
And extensive research in a BPO/KPO set-up
Background in securities operations(e.g trade processing, trade booking brokerage services, etc), experience in risk services
Highly analytical and keen to details
Good communications skills
Amenable to work in shifting schedules
Amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
