JOB SUMMARY
The purpose of this position is to provide business operations support to Project and Management teams and oversight on complex project documentation preparation; escalation point for project commitment, invoice & pay application processing; financial reconciliations; project reporting; 'administrator' role for project technology tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Management / Financial Management. Act as a liaison between TCC/Project Ownership, lender, and title company
Detailed General Contractor pay app review with construction management team
Lien waiver review with title company
Construction Draw assembly / preparing Owner's Sworn Statement
Assisting construction team with managing contingency logs and partner monthly reporting
Project Management. Collaborating with construction team
Insurance Certificate Management
Contract value / Change Order tracking of design contracts - vendor point of contact
Contract drafting / populating
Energy Incentives Management
LEED documentation / coordination
Close out documentation support
Coordination with Property Management
Assisting TCC Business Unit with day to day operations
Controlling accounts receivable and payable
Expense reports
Office supplies
Marketing.
Acting as a point of contact for corporate marketing group
Maintaining and updating Business Unit website
Creating TCC project case studies
Managing special events on both project and Business Unit levels
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree, with business, accounting, engineering, or architecture background preferred. 2-3 years of direct experience in commercial real estate construction and/or development may substitute for a technical degree.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to internal or external constituents.
FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires basic knowledge of financial and real estate terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Decisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.
