The Senior Project Manager:
Managing the development, implementation and evaluation studies of strategic program for Patient Safety and Quality (PPSQ) projects related to Compliance, Regulatory or Patient Safety.
Developing and administering timelines ensuring coordination of project resources.
Coordinating the work of internal and external resources to optimize resource utilization and workflow.
Leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning, implementation and evaluation of hospital-wide programs and projects.
To Qualify, you must:
Must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of an ASN, a Bachelor's degree is preferred, in nursing epidemiology, Public Health or a closely related field and a minimum of five years healthcare experience including pediatric clinical practice. MSN preferred.
Work requires two years of experience developing clinical/regulatory compliance or patient safety projects.
Work requires knowledge of management concepts and principles, as well as proven team leadership and the ability to manage conflict resolution and inspire team spirit.
Work requires excellent communication skills, written and verbal, as well as proficient oral presentation skills.
Work requires knowledge of evidence based practice and research interpretation and use.
Work requires the ability to balance multiple demands and work on multiple projects and/or proposals simultaneously.
Work requires analytical skills to resolve complex problems and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
