What You Will Do:
The Senior System Engineer provides daily hands on management of the Server Infrastructure (Virtualization, Hardware, Operating Systems, as well as Microsoft, VMware, and other vendor products.) Focus of this role is on engineering solutions for customer solutions, lifecycle management, staging, and proactive maintenance. Emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction, communications, teamwork, and professionalism.
What you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
At least 5 years, with 7 or more preferred, of related experience working with Server Infrastructure based products such as Virtualization, Monitoring, Automation, load balancing, VDI, VPN and Scripting technologies.
Design, implement, monitor, and improve the performance of the Citrix infrastructure and all access to Citrix including network and remote access (Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Access Gateway (Netscaler), Provisioning, Hypervisor).
Design, implement, monitor, and improve the Epic application within the ProHealth Care Windows server environment.
Design, implement, monitor the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environment
