Responsibilities
Identify business opportunities and formulate projects/initiatives to capture such opportunities. Work with insurance head to align goals, strategies and objectives. Work with different teams to define and develop the end-to-end implementation plan. Responsible for resolving day-to-day program/project issues with stakeholders and users. Prepare executive documentation for management updates. Support project status monitoring and post implementation tracking.
Requirements
Self-motivated and with a strong sense of ownership and accountability A team player with ability to work collaboratively with others to achieved shared outcomes and common objectives. Excellent communication skills with good command of English, Chinese in both verbal and written skills. Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in the financial services industry. Insurance industry experience is preferred but not a must
