Your job will involve supplier relationship management, leading and driving Spot Buys, drafting proposals for a world-class customer. What will your day to day role involve? Responsibilities
Execution on the developed category strategy captured in the category cards;
Lead and drive Spot Buys with strategic vendors as per customer specific Policies and process guidelines;
Develop, evaluate and manage internal and external relationships with suppliers, Category Teams and other cross-functional teams for area of direct accountability;
Driving the preparation of proposals, quotations and competitive bids with pertinent, helpful specifications, terms and conditions;
Supplier evaluation, selection process and set-up of performance management;
Support broader transformation of the Category through supplier consolidation, PVLs, regional and global catalogs, introducing consistent buying channels;
Carry-out and enforce compliance to Procurement policies and procedures;
Working with procurement partners in order to understand their data/analytics requirements as well as to design market intelligence frameworks to support the creation of category strategies/work instructions.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
Very good knowledge of Polish language, min. C1;
Communicative level of English;
High School Degree (University graduate or Economic studies are an advantage);
Significant Procurement experience demonstrating a proven track record of total expense management;
Experience in the area of people management as well as management of business partners;
Good understanding of Coupa/SAP represents a plus;
Ability to learn fast;
Proven track record in managing change;
Strong analytical and financial skills;
Exposure to ERP systems (Zycus, SAP) any other S&P tools represents an advantage for future candidates.
