As a leader in the energy industry we look to our employees to help us grow, change, and provide power to over 500,000 members of our 17 electric distribution cooperatives. The Benefits Analyst administers group health, wellness, and retirement benefit plans, including but not limited to eligibility, enrollment, changes, and termination of benefits. Supports the design, management, and administration of paid time off, leaves of absence, income replacement programs, and accommodations. Assists in the execution of corporate and HR programs and processes to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws. This position requires a close partnership with external vendors and cross-functional partners to ensure the effective delivery of these benefit programs. Responsibilities
