As the Supervisor, you would be responsible for overseeing 340B (Pharmaceutical Discounted Pricing Agreement) administration operational activities and duties, and assisting with high priority projects/tasks.
In order to be successful in this role you will ensure tasks are being completed effectively and efficiently by your direct reports, and provide assistance and direction as needed. You will report directly to the Operations Manager within the Wellpartner Department. You will also be involved in hiring and training new operational employees, delegating operational activities that are performed and completed by Operations Specialists, and managing split billing clients by providing them regular call and email support, as well as training. You will be asked to assist in implementation processes required for onboarding new split billing clients and once travel restrictions are lifted, this position will require you to travel about 5% out of state.
This is a temporary work from home position due to COVID 19 policies. You will be required to work onsite in Tualatin, OR once these are lifted. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST.

Required Qualifications - 2+ years of experience within managed care, health care, pharmaceutical or provider setting. - 2+ years of customer service experience where you managed/ supervised an account or team.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience within Split Billing and 340B. - Bachelor's Degree within Healthcare or Pharma related field. - Experience presenting to clients using PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
