You will be focusing on growing the consumer banking general insurance portfolio through the Bank's direct channels including digital platform and ecosystems. You will implement the strategic initiatives to optimize Bank's digital business growth and provide support key product support for Consumer Banking distribution channels The Job
Implement the digital channel strategy to meet GWP growth targets for the Bank's digital sales, including cross-sales and renewals;
Ensure that the targeted Gross Written Premium (GWP) of the digital initiatives are achieved as planned;
Develop and launch new products for the direct (including digital) channel based on customer preferences and data based insights, ensuring timely product launch and successful end to end implementation across digital platform;
Work with Bank's business units (including the customer analytics team) to map out customer journey, articulate business requirements and process workflows to on-board general insurance products onto the bank's digital platform and ecosystems;
Work with Bank's UI / UX teams, Group IT and Business solutions for implementation and ongoing optimization;
Develop business performance report for the leadership team on the Bank's digital and direct channel effectiveness and campaign performance;
Ensure all digital and direct sales are in compliance with corporate governance, procedures and Group guidelines
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company;
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices; and
Participate in any ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned.
