Job summary The PMO Analyst will work within the existing Corporate Portfolio Office (CPO), reporting to the CPO Manager. Working with the wider CPO and Project Management (PM) team, or individually, you will be responsible for: - Ensuring projects are compliant with our Project Management standards, methods and processes
- Managing, supporting and developing the CPO toolset
- Managing, supporting and developing the Project Management toolset, methods and processes
- Assisting Project Managers in the use of our tools, methods and processes
- Providing project support and QA services
- Delivering and improving project and portfolio data capture, reporting and analysis
- Providing support and task management to less experienced team members
Qualifications/Experience - Proficient with MS Office (particularly Word and Excel), MS Project and MS Project Server/Project Online
- Expert in the use and administration of JIRA
- Familiar with project management principles, methods, techniques and tools
- Proficient at collating, analysing and reporting information from various sources
- Good attention to detail and able to prioritise activities to meet deadlines and objectives
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Committed to developing and cross skilling self and others in team
- Customer focused
