ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Accountable for project management across entire scope of a project including: defining time allocation, cost management and budget, project team, resources and closing of the projects when completed.
- Serving as a point of contact for team when multiple internal or external resources are assigned to a project to ensure team actions remain coordinated and in synergy.
- With managers and customers, adjusts deliverables, schedules and targets on the project as needed.
- Develop and analyze key analytics, metrics and KPIs to make recommendations on use of resources.
- Maintain Tri-State directories, digital asset management tools and databases.
- Provide support for contract management, invoice processing and budget forecasting.
- Attend and represent Tri-State at events and member cooperative meetings when appropriate including occasional nights and weekends.
- Adhere to and demonstrate compliance with appropriate electric utility industry regulatory requirements. Attain knowledge and remain knowledgeable of development in regulations, laws, standards and best practices applicable to the functional area including, but not limited to, Standards of Conduct, Environmental, Employment Law, NERC Reliability Standards and Safety. Must be familiar with, and comply with, all aspects of Corporate Policy C-54, Compliance.

REQUIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education and Training - Bachelor’s degree in project management, marketing, communications or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability: - Understanding of the project management practice and discipline.
- Computer proficiency in project management software, incluing Asana and design software including Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must possess exceptional attention to detail, effective verbal and visual communication skills as well as an overall confident and competent presence.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong people skills and the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relations.
- Ability to give and receive direction and/or critique.
Experience: - Five (5) years of project management, marketing communications and brand experience.
- Experience developing, implementing and communications projects, programs and campaigns.
Other: - Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%, including overnight travel.
DESIRED JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Master’s in project management, communications, marketing or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the project management from start to finish.
- Previous agency experience.
