Regional Senior Manager, Digital Business Analyst, Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital development strategy to ensure consistency and alignment
• Guide local countries' senior management on strategic tech development to ensure reusability
• Prepare detailed functional and non-functional requirement and specifications to reflect business needs and other details
• Translate business workflow, UX/UI into a detailed product backlog
• Produce detailed functional specifications for critical steps in the transformation journey
• In-charge of functional and solution documentation, create and review testing scenarios and support Business units on UAT
• Develop execution plan for the future state
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor the progress
• Overseeing the integration of digital tools across various platforms  

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with 8+ years of experience in business analyst, customer journey design in the insurance/FS sector
• Previous experience in large scale(regional/global) digital implementation project is a must
• Strong presentation; multi-tasking and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must
