Do you have experience of implementing SuccessFactors ECP (Employee Central Payroll)?
A UK based Insurer is looking for a Project Manager to work replace their legacy Payroll system with SuccessFactors EC Payroll. This is a 6 month contract role, initially, and will operate via the PAYE model.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Data migration of circa 4,000 employee records
Delivery of 15 integrations (finance / pensions data etc.)
This module will link into my client's strategic HR system with the following benefits:
Improvement in the processing of salary changes, job changes / terminations, new starter set up
More streamlined processes between Payroll and Finance systems
Nullify the risk that comes from manual keying required
Reduce the risk of incorrect payments to staff and customers
It is essential that you have experience of implementing SuccessFactors ECP along with experience as a Project Manager (open on industry). Candidates without this experience will not be considered. Please note that this is a fully remote role so we welcome candidates from across the UK.
