Enterprise Complaint Program is a company-wide initiative to design and develop an integrated technology solution for handling complaints life-cycle. This candidate will be part of an engineering team with focus on technical solutions. As a team lead candidate will be accountable for multiple projects at any given time, and will be expected to provide technical guidance for a wide variety of systems/solutions. Lead will also interact with offshore team and be responsible for sprint delivery. Candidate will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with EIT project team members - EIT entities involved in projects include Application Developers, Enterprise Architects, DBA, Project Managers, Network, Hardware, Desktop and Operating System Engineers. In addition the position will liaison with business owners, product owners and other projects teams. Lead will also be responsible to provide leadership and guidance to junior developers and be able to peer-review work performed by the team.
