Wells Fargo's Information Services team is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power BI Developer. This individual will be responsible for Power BI development and administration; Building Analysis Services reporting models; connecting to data sources, importing data and transforming data for Business Intelligence. Uses advanced calculations on data sets, publishes reports via the Power BI service, managing them through distribution of apps and monitoring usage/data refreshes/security access.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years of business intelligence experience
- 5+ years of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Programming experience
- 5+ years of SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) experience
- 5+ years of consultative business analysis experience
- 3+ years of Business Intelligence (BI) tool server administration experience
- 1+ year of Agile experience
Desired Qualifications
- An industry-standard technology certification
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of web development: leading complex business workflow solutions
- Experience with Ab Initio or other ETL tools
- Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation: impact analysis, detailed designs and unit test plans
- Experience performing moderately complex to complex test data conditioning, regression testing and testing validation
- BS/BA in computer science, applied statistics, quantitative economics, operations research or a related field
