Tech Bus Systems Sr Associate (Lead Analyst/Engineer) - Lead cross-functional team across the geographical locations with representatives from Engineering Strategy, Application Engineering, DevOps, Architecture and others to define scope and implementation roadmaps, as well as develop high-level implementation plans across the Enterprise API Management technology products offering including the API Marketplace, Gateway, and Analytics.
- Guide internal application teams through the process of onboarding APIs to the Enterprise API Management platform; includes assisting with access, migration logistics, entitlements, sizing, planning, value mapping, pattern creation, governance adherence and issue resolution.
- Responsible for partnering with Line of Business contacts to build strategy for API migration, which includes the development of roadmaps, facilitate knowledge sharing and training and help organize high-level implementation plans to directly manage or delegate execution to other resources/teams.
- Presenting strategy, goals and progress to the executive leadership on platform expansion and recommend strategies to implement changes and improvements that could result in overall API time to market and performance improvements for Line of business technology.
- Assist with the creation and adherence to SLA / OLA and all enterprise reported metrics requirements, assess risk policies/programs, business process risk/control assessment at process level.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or design as demonstrated through work, military, or education
- 2+ years of Agile experience
- 7+ years of technical documentation and publication experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing infrastructure provisioning and procurement at enterprise levels
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
- Knowledge and understanding of API programming with Perl, XML, REST or JSON
- Knowledge and understanding of application development analytics or reporting
- Knowledge and understanding of project management and implementation in a infrastructure build environment
