At Centura Health, we value incredible people with incredible skills but your commitment to a greater cause is something we value even more.Responsible for providing overall leadership for Centura Health managed hospital and its related organizations, with the objective to carry out strategies for the delivery of patient care and other matters as defined by the governing board oftwo managed hospitals Goodland Regional Medical Center and Rawlins County Health Center, in NW Kansas, the management contract, and Centura Health. This dynamic CEO will report to Josh Neff, VP of Integration and the hospital Boards, to lead two managed hospitals in NWKS. This is a unique position in that you will lead two CAH's, each with their own board, who have a shared goal to collaborate - but remain independent. We are sharing staff and building regionalized care collaboration. In addition, Centura is leading the development of a regional 501c3 rural health network that will allow us to continue to build a solid collaborative approach to healthcare, founded in clinical collaboration, with the goal to drive long-term financial sustainability for all the CAH's in the region. You will need to have a rock solid understanding of rural health operations, strong board relationship skills, but also lean into having a large system support your work and the overarching goals of the two boards. What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: - Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is Required
- Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration of related field is Highly Preferred and will receive preference.
- Three years direct experience in health care management at Director or Vice President level or above.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills
