HCL Engineering & Surveying (HCL), located in Greenwood Village, is seeking (2) full-time, experienced, thorough, and detail-oriented Project Manager's / Project Architect’s looking to develop alongside a new architectural department within an established multidisciplinary firm. We anticipate that the person who fills this position will be well rounded in a variety of building types (retail, office, civic/cultural, residential, mixed-use, or municipal) with a passion for sustainable, purposeful, and in situ architecture. Working alongside other in-house disciplines of Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and Professional Land Surveyors allows for a cohesive design approach which HCL leverages for stream-lined project management for its public and private sector clients. HCL uses Revit and BIM 360 on all architecture related projects for efficient collaboration and project coordination of the design team.
Duties for this position allow the team member to be fully immersed and engaged in projects; from developing a design, through documentation, and into construction observation. These team members will engage with clients and consultants to efficiently manage projects from beginning to end.

Manage multiple projects to meet budget, schedule, scope, and quality objectives
Provide technical expertise to coordinate the design team and produce construction documents, drawings, specifications, and meetings
Oversee construction administration services
Client interaction and client management
BArch or equivalent or MArch degree from an accredited university
Licensed Architect preferred
Min 7 years of experience in an architecture firm
Min 2 years of experience in a Project Management role
Proficient in Revit, Autocad, Microsoft Office
LEED or WELL Accreditation required or heavy timber experience
Knowledge and understanding of building codes and accessibility requirements
Familiarity with Ajera, Speclink, and Enscape preferred
