Work Hours/Shift:
  • Full-Time, Monday â“ Friday

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Prepare income tax returns (Forms 990, 1120, and 1065) using tax preparation software and an electronic workpaper package
  • Conduct basic to intermediate-level technical research using on-line research tools
  • Prepare correspondence as assigned (i.e. responses to notices received from taxing authorities)
  • Complete state registrations and similar questionnaires/surveys as assigned
  • Participate in the annual update of electronic Tax Information Reporting Packets as assigned

 

Qualifications
What You Will Need:
  • A Bachelorâ™s degree in Accounting or a related field
  • One to four years of work experience in an accounting related field

 Knowledge and Skills Preferred:

  • Proficient in CCH Axess and Excel
  • Familiar with CCH Research/BNA
 
Job Summary:

This is a staff-level position with duties primarily consisting of income tax return preparation, basic to intermediate tax research and preparation of correspondence.
