Conducts reporting and analytics to enhance Physician Alignment operations, business development and expense
management. Integrates data from multiple systems and data sources. Identifies gaps in data and reporting needs.
Translates business needs and requirements into new reports, dashboards and analyses related to both employed and nonemployed physician practices. Works collaboratively within the Physician Alignment group and with other teams in Centura
Health. Creates deliverables that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders What You Bring/Job Requirements In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in healthcare
Able to collect and interpret data from diverse sources and summarize information in a meaningful, actionable manner that
supports performace improvement
Accuracy and attention to detail is essential
Ability to be entrepreneurial, work independently and re-prioritize work as needed
Excel experience required, data visualization tools experience preferred
