Develop a working knowledge of various printing methods using water-based inks on various corrugated substrates.
Correspond with external customers/prospects and sales representatives – be the face of our organization.
Work in a production environment under the direction of Supervisors and Operators to safely support production as needed.
Gain a complete understanding of modern manufacturing equipment and how we use our assets to return superior results.
Demonstrate the ability to safely perform set-ups on state of the art equipment.
Learn about our raw materials and logistics to ensure superior service and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate on ways to increase revenues and decrease costs for the benefit of BCI stakeholders because you can become one!
