Your new company One of the Big 4 Banks in Australia is seeking a Lead Business Analyst (within the Data function) to join their team on a permanent basis - due to growth. Your new role Will see the Lead BA define and implement the correct controls across the Bank's critical risk data elements to help ensure future data quality. You will assist the Project Manager in leading a team of 5 business analysts as well as having a range of both business and technical stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed - Experience as a Lead / Senior Business Analyst within large scale banking projects (specifically within data) - Must be technically confident and able to communicate to stakeholders and lead teams of business analysts - Experience within compliance / risk - APRA understanding and experience - Jira What you'll get in return A permanent opportunity with a leading Australian Bank working within one of their most sought after functions (data) - initially will be home working (must be Sydney based) but typically will be based in the CBD.
