Duties / Responsibilities:
Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flows to determine credit quality of current and/or potential customers
Assist with the input of financial data into various computer systems
Maintain compliance with established loan policies, procedures, laws and regulations
Evaluate loan requests by preparing loan presentations and credit spreads
Prepare multiple monthly reports pertaining to loan department information
Orders and reviews real estate appraisals
Education and Training:
Required:
o Required college degree
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills: o Professional written and verbal communication skills o Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team oriented-environment o Initiative to finish projected deadlines and meet timelines o Detail oriented o Analytical skills o Trustworthiness to maintain strict confidentiality o Knowledge of agriculture and commercial business
