The Chief Operating Officer provides the leadership and vision necessary to ensure that the Company has the proper staff and operational controls in place along with proper administrative and reporting procedures to effectively grow the organization. This individual will also ensure financial efficiencies and strong operating efficiencies are in place. The Chief Operating Officer will secure the functionality of the business to drive extensive and sustainable growth while mirroring our mission and core values.

Oversee the daily operations of Asset/Property Management, Marketing, Finance, HR, ancillary businesses, and IT to encourage maximum performance while utilizing our core values
Design and implement business plans, policies, processes, and procedures to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, and goals that promote and execute on the Company’s Vivid Vision
Ensure the accuracy of various documents including reconciliations, rents, collections, tax reports, and all assigned budgets in a timely manner
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes, internal and external, by providing timely, accurate reports on the operating condition of the Company to the CEO
Manage relationships with partners and vendors in a professional manner
Assist with raising additional capital to enable the Company to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives as needs arise
Perform ad hoc projects as required by the CEO

Required Education, Experience, Licenses
Four-year college degree required, additional education (MBA, etc.) is a plus.
Other accreditations like Series 7 are a plus.
Minimum of eight years’ commercial real estate experience in a COO/General Manager role required
Experience in fundraising is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel as well as calendar management and general technology is required
Experience with Mac iOS is a plus
Valid Driver’s License
