The Schemmer Associates Inc. has an immediate opening in our Omaha office for a Project Manager/Project Architect. This position offers great individual growth potential while giving you the opportunity to design and prepare construction documents utilizing the latest technology.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and project teams to ensure the completion of projects while satisfying the needs of the client and ensuring cost effective and critical design criteria. This position will include regular client contact and involvement with design and production of commercial and industrial projects.

Masters/BS/BA Architecture degree
Minimum of 10 years of experience
Registration not required, but preferred.
Experience in producing architectural construction documents for commercial and/or industrial projects required.
Experience in design for a variety of building types
Knowledge of estimating & specification writing
Must have good communication, scheduling and organizational skills
Ability to lead, coordinate and communicate with clients and project team members
Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office required
Additional Salary Information: negotiable based on experience
