Reporting to the Associate Dean for Enrollment Management, the Graduate Admissions System Analyst will serve as the data and business systems expert within Baylor’s Graduate School, responsible for the administration and support of the Slate CRM platform. This position will help manage data, reporting, workflows, and systems for recruitment and admissions and will work closely with other administrative offices to improve the Graduate School’s business processes.

What You Will Do
Provide Slate-related expertise in developing and managing the Graduate School’s recruitment and admissions activities.
Provide Slate-related expertise in collaborating with external partners, including 2U, Keypath, and multiple CAS systems.
Support and advise on other IT business-process related activities within the Graduate School, such as:
working with the Financial Aid and Payroll Offices to enhance our tuition and stipend authorizations.
working with IT to improve our student records processes.
Support and advise in collecting and reporting graduate enrollment metrics.
Collaborate with offices across campus to ensure our processes stay up to date with other Baylor systems and workflows.
