As a part of GE's Bancassurance Team, there is a responsibility to develop and strengthen the sales performance of frontline sales team. The ultimate objective is to achieve Top and Bottom Line Budget numbers and maintain market leadership
Key deliverables to achieve FY TWNS and NBEV Budget
Conduct product and process training for new on-board advisors
Monitor individual cluster Bancassurance products sales and trends
Able to do data analysis for entire network, clusters and teams
Formulate marketing strategies and action plans to increase penetration and sales
Responsible for insurance and market updates, especially in HNW products.
Drive Bancassurance tactical challenges and campaigns
Strong engagement with strategic distribution partners
Liaise and work closely with back office to ensure excellence in service delivery
Liaise and work closely with including but not limited to New Business Underwriting Department, Prestige Client Office and AML team for case management
Assisting in ad hoc tasks or projects assigned by Head of Department or Head of Section
Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects including but not limited to e.g. Bancassurance Appreciation Dinner
Partake in joint committee projects for OCBC Achievers Convention
Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
