Our unique training program
You will participate in the 6-months Program together with other early career employees from different parts of Europe starting September 2021 where you will get acquainted with many facets and departments in our company. We offer a unique international training program where you will get insights in our solutions and applications while preparing for a commercial role. Approx. 8 weeks of the 6-months program will consist of 3 modules of training and education, during which you will be staying remotely and in Brussels, Belgium, together with other EMEA participants.
In your dedicated country in the EMEA region, you will work with your manager to have a deeper knowledge of the company's structure, processes and products Your main tasks will be:
Development of customer- and product solutions
Participation in customer visits together with your mentor or other colleagues
Participation in and responsibility for sales projects and solutions together with our customers
Specialization in selected areas depending on your interests and qualifications
Participation in local training
Focus on commercial professional skills

We expect you to have:
Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Finance/Economics.
1 to 3 years of experience in the Software industry and/or in technical sales, industrial distribution, manufacturing operations, systems integration
Fluency in English & German -spoken & written- is a must, any other languages are an asset
Passion for technology and working with customers.
Ability to manage executive relationships, both internally and with customers, to create business transformation.
Excellent communication skills and superior customer-service skills desired.
Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of regional/virtual teams.
Need to be willing to travel due to requirements for onsite visits/meetings. Travel may be reduced due to local or national public health and safety standards.
