This Prospect Development Coordinator will be responsible for:
Playing a key role in establishing and maintaining the core competencies of Trust administrative staff related to CRM, our integrated enterprise data platform, so that specific business and reporting needs can be consistently met.
The design and creation of policy and procedure documents emanating from Trust Data Governance Business Rules for Prospect Management (plans, opportunities) domain.
Version control of documents and modifications as practices evolve.
Dissemination and communication of changes as needed to Trust administrative staff.
Serving as a key trainer and technical support for Trust administrative staff supporting gift officers across all business units.
Setting agenda for bimonthly "CRM Q&A's" with administrative staff
Participation on Records Management, Prospect Management and other Data Governance task teams as appropriate.
Administrative duties relative to the support of the Prospect Development team and the Senior Director of Prospect Development.
To qualify, you must have:
A Bachelor's degree and two to three years of previous related experience in database integrity and records management.
Critical thinking skills, sound judgment consistent with overarching business rules, and proficiency in leveraging multiple information sources to take appropriate measures to maintain integrity of information systems.
Strong writing, formatting and editing skills and a proficiency in writing and/or editing training and support documentation that emphasizes orderly presentation of information and clear instructions.
The ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure to meet deadlines. May require oversight of entry level and/or temporary data entry operators.
The ability to collaborate with immediate team members as well as Trust staff, donors and volunteers.
