As a Business Process Analyst, you’ll partner with stakeholders and end users to gather, analyze and document requirements to enable translation into technical specifications. You’ll demonstrate your excellent communication and project management skills as the primary liaison between internal customers and the applications development team. This position is a part of the Information Technology Rotation Program. This program has a targeted length of 2 years, during which participants will complete rotations in 3-4 departments. After the rotational period, the candidate will be placed into a designated full-time IT position.

Description of duties and responsibilities:
Meets with key users to determine application development requirements, acts as the liaison between the IT Organization and the end users to insure requirements and progress are communicated accurately.
Works with the IT Business Process functional teams, Application Development teams, and Technology Services teams as well as the end users, to analyze, design, develop, modify, test, and implement, software solutions and applications to satisfy MSA’s business requirements.
Researches the SAP system, OSS, ASUG, and other resources for solutions to business requirements and the implementation of new business process improvements. Researchs new technologies/functionality, and makes recommendations on their use at MSA.
Creates design specifications for programs in all aspects of SAP’s proprietary ABAP/4 programming language. Completes documentation of software solutions, SAP configuration and program modifications according to departmental standards.
Completes projects on-time and on-budget.
Presents project updates (progress, schedule, spending) to management.
Optional travel approximately 15-30% (mostly international) for global projects (kick off, design, testing, end user training, implementation), conferences etc.

Working knowledge of SAP ECC and/ or ABAP Workbench.
Solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to sell concepts and ideas to a wide range of audience
Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
Proven ability to recognize, respect and adapt to cultural differences, as SAP is used on a global level.
Education and experience required:
Associates degree or higher in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Administration or related discipline
Two years related work experience may be substituted for an associate's degree
Experience with an international work environment that includes team members from different countries and cultures
Bachelor’s degree in related Information Technology discipline
