We are looking for a Broker Channel Strategy Analyst to work at our Corporate office in Brentwood, TN! If you possess a “whatever it takes attitude” keep reading.
It’s hard to pinpoint a “typical” day here (and who wants typical anyway?), but as the Broker Channel Strategy Analyst works with the Director, Broker Channel Strategy to identify, secure and enhance relationships with regional and national benefits consulting firms. Analyst will provide tactical support to the Director on an ongoing basis and serve as a liaison between the Broker Channel Strategy function and the New Business Sales function, serving to ensure appropriate and efficient communication between the two.
What You’ll Do for Us:
Identifies regional and national brokerage relationships for campaign/pursuit
Assists in campaign design, execution and analysis
Supports ongoing broker portfolios
Assists in the promotion of company value prop to external parties
Coordinates and helps in executing on complex outreach and communications strategies
May be asked to complete ad hoc projects
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
Master’s degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare environment or related industry
Experience with health information management systems preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, outreach campaigns, sales processes, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources
Knowledge of communication and dissemination techniques and methods; this includes alternative ways to inform and entertain via written, oral, and visual media
Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to predetermined goals
Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
Managing one's own time and the time of others
Ability to communicate information and ideas verbally and in writing so others will understand
Ability to come up with unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem
