Actively engage with frontline of all segments for banca updates and new initiatives by conducting regular catchup/meetings, prepare the materials and present the idea/initiative.
Manage, organize, and execute internal bancassurance training programs, including but not limited to compliance, sales process, and continuing professional development (CPD) training as to fulfill compliance requirement.
Take the trainer role to conduct trainings on Banca-related classes i.e. Banca sales process, regulatory update training, new-sales staff training etc. and also leverage internal and external partners/HR/insurer/coaching /consulting resources to provide training and reinforcement to our specialists. Document & keep proper training records, own and maintain version controls on all training materials
Work closely with different teams in bancassurance and act as the key contact point between Banca, frontline and insurer partners (MIL) to ensure effective communication and information exchange.
Provide support/solution to the difficulties encountered by frontline on daily sales activities, and provide ideas to enhance the knowledge and productivity to bancassurance specialists in various aspects e.g. training, process, operation etc.
University or equivalent education
IIQE paper 1,3,5 (Preferable)
HKSI paper 1,7,8 is an advantage
Professional designation in financial planning / insurance
Minimum 5 years relevant financial services sales experience or training experience
Be knowledgeable and sensitive to latest insurance market and product trend
Excellent presentation, social and interpersonal skills
Fluent in both Cantonese and English. Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
